Settings holds your platform-wide choices: your brand, your language, what your site offers and how it’s protected. Go to Studio → System → Settings. Six group buttons run across the top — Appearance, Locale, Content, Integrations, Security and System — and each group has its own row of screens beneath. Every save takes effect straight away, with no rebuild or restart, and is recorded in the activity log as Settings saved.

The nine colour slots — three brand colours and six status colours — with a live preview, Reset to defaults and Apply colors. Below them, the Dark mode and Light mode switches; at least one stays on.
Logo (Dark mode), Logo (Light mode), Favicon, User login background and Staff login background, plus the Player watermark with its size, corner and on/off switch.
The one language your site, Studio, apps, emails and notifications use, picked from a card per language marked left-to-right or right-to-left. Available languages appears here once the broadcast console is unlocked.
Require sign-in to watch, and Without a subscription: capabilities such as the Clip feature or Post reels given to every signed-in viewer who holds no plan. Those two options appear only when their add-on is installed.
The Pre-roll, Mid-roll and Post-roll breaks. Each takes an ad file or ad tag, a skip delay and an optional impression tracking address; mid-roll also sets how often it repeats on live and where it plays in a recording. Plus the In-player banners that rotate along the bottom of the player.
Which web addresses a manually entered stream may come from, the off-air placeholder shown after an event ends, the maximum number of live TV channels, and how many destinations each channel or event can stream to at once.
Scan now finds broadcasts your platform recorded and turns each new one into an on-demand video tied to its event, using the event’s title, description, poster, genres and cast. Several recordings of one event become Part 1, Part 2 and so on.
Sports platforms only. Your Organization ID and Pull schedules, which turns each fixture in your season into an automatic event and reports how many were found, created, updated and skipped.
Is platform sport. Turn it off for a platform that isn’t about teams and fixtures, and the sports tools leave the Studio without anything being deleted.

Analytics
Enable analytics, the master switch, and the Provider: Native (built-in), read in Studio → Management → Analytics, or an external analytics account with its Measurement ID.
CAPTCHA & bot protection: the on/off switch, the protection service, a visible checkbox or an invisible score-based check, your keys with Test keys, and the Protected forms — User login, User signup, Forgot password, Staff login and Contact form.
