Do this before you publish anything — usually the marketing lead or whoever owns your brand guidelines. You need an administrator role, or a role that includes site settings. Your apps pick up the same colours and logo without an update.

Set your colours

Your platform has nine colour slots: three brand colours and six status colours that label content across the site.

Primary lightAccent text and soft highlights

  1. 1
    Open Theme

Go to Studio → System → Settings → Appearance → Theme.

  2. 2
    Pick each colour

Click a slot and choose a colour. The preview repaints as you pick, so you can judge contrast before anything is saved.

  3. 3
    Apply

Click Apply colors. Your public site updates for every visitor.

Choose light mode, dark mode or both

Both modes are complete. Leave both on and visitors get a light/dark toggle in the header. Turn one off and every visitor sees the other, and the toggle disappears.

  1. 1
    Find the mode switches

On the Theme screen, scroll to Light / Dark mode.

  2. 2
    Set and save

Switch Dark mode or Light mode off, then click Save modes. At least one mode must stay on.

Upload logos, favicon and sign-in backgrounds

  1. 1
    Open Branding

Go to Studio → System → Settings → Appearance → Branding.

  2. 2
    Add the dark-mode logo

Under Logo (Dark mode), click Upload logo or Pick from Media Library. A PNG or SVG with a transparent background works best, up to 2 MB.

  3. 3
    Add the light-mode logo

Under Logo (Light mode), upload a version that reads on a light background. Leave it empty and the dark-mode logo is used instead.

The Studio
Studio → System → Settings → Appearance → Branding, with the dark-mode logo shown in the header preview
  1. 1
    Add the favicon

Under Favicon, upload a square ICO, PNG or SVG. 32×32 or 64×64 pixels looks sharpest in a browser tab.

  2. 2
    Set sign-in backgrounds

Upload a User login background for your viewers’ sign-in and sign-up pages, and a Staff login background for the Studio sign-in page. Use PNG, JPG or WebP up to 6 MB, 1400×900 pixels or larger.

Put your logo on the video

A player watermark paints your logo over the video in every public player, live and recorded. It stays off until you switch it on.

  1. 1
    Upload the watermark

On the Branding screen, under Player watermark, click Upload watermark. A PNG or WebP with a transparent background works best, up to 2 MB.

  2. 2
    Choose size and corner

Pick a Size — Small, Medium or Large — and a Corner.

  3. 3
    Switch it on

Turn on Show watermark on the player and save. The switch won’t stay on until an image is uploaded.

In Studio → System → Settings → Appearance → Footer, add full links to your social profiles and app-store listings, and your copyright text. Anything you leave blank is hidden from the footer, so you can add platforms one at a time.
