Athletic directors use season import to skip typing a season’s fixtures by hand. You enter your organisation’s identifier once and press one button. Every fixture becomes an event with its title, home and away teams, start and end time and venue. The screen is for administrators, and appears only when Is platform sport is on.

What each imported fixture becomes

  • An automatic event, listed in Studio → Content → Events and ready for the Event Hub.
  • Team A set as home and Team B as away, with the team names from your schedule.
  • Free access and Active status, which you can change afterwards.
  • A venue scoreboard link, already switched on, when the schedule names a scoreboard for that game.

Run the import

  1. 1
    Open the Organization tab

Go to Studio → System → Settings → Integrations → Organization. A status line shows whether your schedule connection is ready. If it isn’t, ask your TKDS contact to set it up.

  2. 2
    Enable the import

Press the Disabled badge so it reads Enabled.

  3. 3
    Enter your Organization ID

Type your organisation’s identifier into Organization ID and press SAVE CHANGES.

What happens when it runs again

Each fixture is matched to the event it created, so running the import again updates that event instead of adding a duplicate. While the import is enabled, the platform also re-checks your schedule on its own at regular intervals.
