ON AIRAGENCIES & RESELLERS

Put each client on their own media platform — their colours, their words, their languages, their merchant accounts — and hand over a Studio their team can run without calling you.

  • 9 brand colour slots
  • 4,610 editable phrases
  • 20 feature switches
  • Client’s own merchant accounts
02/ 08YOUR WORLD TODAY

A build per client

A theme to fork, a player to skin, an app to scope. Every new contract opens a project, and your margin goes to the developer.

Branding that stops at the logo

The homepage wears the client’s colours. The receipt email, the TV app and the error messages still don’t.

Every client wants a different mix

One sells season passes, one runs a radio station, one needs nothing but a video library. Each difference turns into custom work.

The handover that never happens

The client’s team can’t change their own homepage, so every weekend banner comes back to your inbox as a request.

03/ 08WHAT CHANGES

  1. 01
A new client means a quote, a sprint and a developer on call.A new client means a brand pack, a language choice, a set of switches and a few roles — all set in the Studio.
  2. 02
Rebranding covers the homepage and not much else.Colours, logos, every interface phrase, the emails, the notifications, the video watermark and the PDF report carry the client’s brand.
  3. 03
Every feature one client doesn’t want becomes code someone has to hide.Twenty switches. Off means gone — the page, the menu link and the app tab together.
  4. 04
Client revenue routed through an arrangement nobody enjoys explaining. Each client connects their own Stripe, PayPal or Square account, so payments go straight to them on their own payout terms.
  5. 05
The client’s team files a request for every homepage change.Their team drags homepage rows into place themselves, under roles you define for each of them.
04/ 08WHAT YOU SWITCH ON

A typical first client, below. The next one might sell merchandise and never broadcast live — same platform, different switches.

White-label & brandingNine colour slots, five image slots, dark and light mode, and a watermark on the video itself — per client.
Home builderSliders, rows, a partner carousel and pop-ups the client’s team rearranges by dragging, with no deploy.
Live EventsScheduled broadcasts sold four ways, with a replay that publishes itself when the event ends.
On-DemandA poster-card catalogue with search, categories, My List and resume — in the client’s brand.
Shows & SeriesSeasons, episodes and Up Next for clients with a returning programme.
Blog & ArticlesA newsroom with scheduling, galleries and paywalled articles for clients who publish as well as stream.
TV & mobile appsRoku, Apple TV, Fire TV, Android TV, Samsung, LG, iOS and Android — picking up the client’s palette, logo and wording.
RadioLeave offOnly for clients with a station — live now-playing, listener counts and a player that survives navigation.
StoreLeave offFor clients who sell merchandise: variants, stock, guest checkout and order fulfilment.
Live scoring, ticker & teamsLeave offSwitch on for league, school and club clients — scoring from a phone, a site-wide ticker and team pages.
Forms & TicketingLeave offAdd-ons for clients who take registrations or sell admission, styled in that client’s colours automatically.
Web & Mobile AdsLeave offFor ad-supported clients: eight banner placements, video ad breaks and a rotating banner inventory in the apps.
05/ 08LAUNCH DAY

A composite launch for a client that runs concerts and a radio station — from brand pack to handover, with no developer involved.

  1. Monday · 09:00

    The brand pack goes in

The client’s own Maintenance mode is on, so their new domain shows a branded holding page while the Studio stays open. Dark and light logos, a favicon and two sign-in backgrounds fill the image slots, and the client’s colours repaint live before anyone presses Save.

  2. Monday · 10:00

    Their languages, and only theirs

The client broadcasts in English and Arabic. Switching Arabic on mirrors the entire site right-to-left, player controls included. French stays off, so it never appears anywhere — not on the site, not in the Studio.

  3. Monday · 11:00

Switch off what they don’t sell

This client runs concerts and a station, not a shop or a series. Store and Shows go off, and their pages, menu links, Studio sections and app tabs go with them.

  4. Monday · 12:30

    Their words, not the product’s

In the phrase editor, “Events” becomes “Concerts” in both languages and an error message gets gentler. Every screen shows the new wording immediately.

  5. Monday · 14:00

    A homepage, dragged into place

A hero slider that only looks a week ahead, a row of upcoming concerts, the radio station and a sponsor carousel. Each block saves itself as it’s dropped.

  6. Monday · 15:30

The client’s money, the client’s account

The client’s Stripe account goes in with test mode on, and the test-credentials button confirms it. Keys are shown back only as their last four characters, and money from the first real sale goes straight to the client.

  7. Monday · 17:00

Handover, with a role for everyone

The account lead builds a Producer role and a Presenter role from the permission matrix and creates a staff account for everyone on the client’s team. Maintenance mode comes off, and the client opens on a platform their own people can run tomorrow.
