ON AIRWHITE-LABEL FOR CLIENTS

Hand a league, a station and a faith network each a media platform in their own colours, words and languages — with only the modules that client needs switched on, and a Studio their own people can run.

  • 20 feature switches
  • 9 colour slots
  • 4,610 editable phrases
  • 43 permission keys
02/ 07YOUR WORLD TODAY

Your prospects don’t look alike

The next three calls are a basketball league, a community radio station and a faith network. One fixed product can’t be all three, so every pitch turns into an apology.

The vendor’s name leaks through

A resold video service keeps its own player, its own sign-in page and its own browser tab. The client pays you and watches someone else’s product load first.

Languages you can’t promise

A client in the Gulf needs Arabic that reads right to left. The platform you resell translates the labels and leaves the layout pointing the wrong way.

Access you can’t hand over

The client wants their producer on the homepage and their accountant on the payments — and the platform has one kind of login: all of it.

03/ 07WHAT CHANGES

  1. 01
A pitch that bends one product to fit every client.Twenty feature switches per client. A league gets events, the guide, teams and athletes; a station gets radio and live channels. Switch a module off and it leaves that client’s menu, pages and apps.
  2. 02
A logo swap, with the original product still showing in the player and the tab.Five image slots, nine colours, an optional watermark on the picture and a loading screen that’s the client’s from the first moment. Their audience never sees the name MediaCore2.
  3. 03
“Arabic support” that stops at the labels.English, French and Arabic, chosen per client. Arabic mirrors the whole layout down to the player controls, and a language a client doesn’t run never appears on their site or in their Studio.
  4. 04
One login that opens everything, or no login at all.Roles each client invents from 43 permission keys in 15 groups. Their producer, their editor and their accountant each see only the Studio sections that job needs.
  5. 05
A fleet of client platforms somebody has to keep patching.New platform releases reach every client platform without a developer on your side, and add-ons are installed only where a client needs them.
04/ 07WHAT YOU SWITCH ON

The top of this list is on for every client platform. The rest is a per-client decision, marked off here because not every client needs it.

White-label & brandingNine colour slots, five image slots, dark and light mode and an optional watermark on the video — set per client in their own Settings.
Wording & languages4,610 interface phrases in 79 groups, rewritten per client, in only the languages that client runs.
Roles & permissionsA role for every job the client actually has, built from the permission matrix and assigned to their own staff.
PaymentsThe client’s own Stripe, PayPal or Square account, with a sandbox and live switch per provider — their sales, their payouts.
Home builderSliders, rows, a sponsor carousel and pop-ups the client’s team drags into place, with no deploy.
TV & mobile appsThe client’s palette, logo, wording and switched-on modules reach their apps without an app-store resubmission.
Live EventsLeave offFor clients who broadcast: countdown pages, four access models and a replay that publishes itself.
Teams & athletesLeave offOpt-in switches for league, school and club clients — a page per team and a profile per athlete.
RadioLeave offFor a client with a station: now-playing, listener counts and a player that keeps going between pages.
Blog & articlesLeave offFor clients who publish as well as stream, with scheduling and paywalled articles.
StoreLeave offFor clients who sell merchandise: sizes and colours, optional stock tracking and guest checkout.
Add-onsLeave offClip, Reels, Forms and Ticketing, unlocked per client with a code. Each one installs itself in that client’s colours and languages.
05/ 07THE FIRST CLIENT

A composite: a production company that streams for local organisations becomes a white-label partner, then launches its first client with TKDS alongside — a regional basketball league running in English and French.

  1. Week 1 · Tuesday

    Pick the track

The production company agrees the white-label track with TKDS. The platforms go out as its own offering, the client relationship stays with it, and its own team answers the client first.

  2. Week 1 · Thursday

    Learn it once

A working walkthrough of the Studio. From here, the team can demo branding, switches and roles to a prospect without anyone from TKDS on the call.

  3. Week 2 · Monday · 09:00

Switch on a league, not a newsroom

Events, the programme guide, teams and athletes go on. Radio, the shop and the blog go off, and their pages, menu links and Studio sections go with them. The next client will get a completely different set.

  4. Week 2 · Monday · 11:00

The league’s brand, in two languages

Navy and orange go into the colour picker and the whole site repaints before Save, with the league’s crest as a watermark in a corner of the player. French goes on beside English, and “Events” becomes “Games” — “Matchs” in French.

  5. Week 2 · Monday · 15:00

A role for each of their people

A League Office role that runs the homepage and the ad placements, and a Finance role limited to payments and analytics. The commissioner gets an administrator account on the league’s own platform.

  6. Week 2 · Tuesday · 10:00

The league’s money, the league’s account

The league’s own Stripe account goes in on sandbox, the test-credentials button confirms it, and it flips to live. Every sale goes straight to the league — nothing runs through the production company’s books.

  7. Week 3 · Friday · 19:00

Game night, and the next client

The league’s first broadcast goes out under its own name, in its own colours, on web, phone and TV. On Monday the production company starts client two by itself: a faith network with services, radio and forms, on a platform of its own.
