Turn modules on and off
Switch whole modules — events, shows, the shop, radio, comments and more — on or off, and know exactly what each switch hides.
Use feature switches when you launch with part of the platform, rest a module out of season, or run a platform that isn’t about sport. An administrator changes them. A switch hides; it never deletes. Turn a module back on and everything you created is still there.
What “off” means
When a module is off, its link leaves your site’s menu, its public pages stop opening, its homepage content drops out and its pages leave the Studio sidebar. Your apps follow the same switches without an update.
Change a switch
- 1Open Features
Go to Studio → System → Settings → Content → Features. Each card names the module, says what it controls and shows an On or Off badge.
- 2Flip the switches
Click the toggle on each card you want to change.
- 3Save
Click Save changes. The Studio sidebar and your public menu update straight away.

Sports or not
One more switch lives in Studio → System → Settings → Integrations → Platform: Is platform sport. It starts on. Turn it off for a platform that isn’t about teams and fixtures, and team tagging, matchups, venues, live scores and the roster taxonomy leave the Studio, along with the Teams page and Athletes page switches. Nothing is deleted — switching it back restores every field with its values.
Site-wide access switches
Studio → System → Settings → Content → Viewer Access holds switches that change who can watch, rather than what exists. They start off.
- Require sign-in to watch — visitors need an account to watch or read anything, including free items. Listings and pages stay open to browse, and staff are never asked.
- Without a subscription — gives every signed-in viewer a plan capability, such as the Clip feature or posting reels, without buying a plan. These options appear only when the matching add-on is installed.
