03/ 07HOW IT WORKS
Your team types only what isn’t already an event. Everything else arrives on its own and leaves when it’s over.
- Step 01
Hand over the grid
Give the Schedule / TV guide permission to whoever runs your schedule. Schedule then appears under Content in their Studio menu.
- Step 02
Enter the regulars
In Content → Schedule, press NEW PROGRAM, set Repeats to Weekly, tap the days it airs and enter the daily start and end. One entry covers the whole run.
- Step 03
Let events list themselves
Save an active event and its guide entry appears with the title, poster and broadcast window. Move the event and the entry moves with it.
- Step 04
Open the week
Visitors pick Schedule from your site menu and land on seven days starting today, split into day-parts, with entries marked live in a banner up top.
04/ 07WHAT IT DOES
Hand-entered programmes and your events share one grid, so the schedule your audience reads matches your events list.

Shows that run past midnight
Give a weekly entry an end time earlier than its start, and it ends the next day. A 23:00–01:00 late show stays one entry.

Events mirror themselves
Every active event writes its own entry: title, short description, poster or banner, and its start and end times. Nobody retypes a fixture.

Entries retire with their event
Switch an event off, or let it end, and its entry leaves the guide. Delete the event and the entry goes too, while a programme you linked to it by hand stays yours.

Event entries carry a lock
Entries an event owns show a lock and From event, with no delete button. The edit dialog warns that title, dates and image reset on the event’s next save.

Seven colour-coded categories
Live, Replay, Studio, Sports, News, Show and Other, each with its own colour and icon. Visitors get a filter chip for every category in the week on screen.

Matchups as cards, not rows
Any entry linked to an event with teams renders as a matchup card: crests, team colours, home side first, the venue and the score. While the game is scored live, period and clock join it.

A live banner up top
Tick Live broadcast and the entry carries a LIVE badge and joins the banner at the top of its week, which rotates through up to 4. Linked to an event, it gets a Watch button to the watch page. Untick it when the show is over.

One set of events underneath
The guide, the events list and the ticker’s event feeds read the same events. Change a start time once and each of them picks it up on its next refresh.

Questions operators ask
No. Saving an active event creates its entry, and later saves keep it matched. You only enter programmes that aren’t events, such as a studio show or a replay block.
