03/ 07HOW IT WORKS
Teams and athletes are part of your catalogue, so their pages fill up as you publish — not when someone remembers to update them.
- Step 01
Set up your teams
Name, logo, brand colour, description, website and phone. The brand colour tints the team’s card and the header of its page.
- Step 02
Add your athletes
Portrait, position, player number, age, gender, GPA, a star rating, a biography and trophy images. One athlete can play for several teams.
- Step 03
Tag what you publish
Tag an event, an on-demand video or an article with the teams and athletes in it. Reels can carry team tags too.
- Step 04
Publish when you’re ready
Every team and athlete gets a page of their own. The Teams and Athletes directories stay switched off until you choose to publish them.

Every profile carries rows of Events, On Demand and Articles — everything tagged to the athlete, or to any team they play for.

Crest, brand colour, description, website and phone, the roster in one row per position, and rows for what’s live now, upcoming events, on-demand, blog posts and reels.

Players, coaches and staff
Define the positions your organisation uses — Player, Coach, Staff, Referee — and put them in order. Each team page groups its roster by them.

A searchable athletes directory
Search by name, title, team or number. Filter by age, GPA, position and gender, and sort by name, age, GPA or stars.

Tag once, appear everywhere
Tag a team on an event, a video or an article and its players are listed on it too. Team and athlete badges link back from every page they appear on.

Rows on your home page
Add a row of athletes, a row of teams, or one team’s players. An athlete card opens their details without leaving the page.

Published on your terms
The Athletes directory starts switched off, because it lists names, ages and grades of people who are often minors. Hidden athletes stay in the Studio, off the site.

Registrations with the Forms add-on
Take athlete, coach and team registrations with file uploads, signatures and a fee, and review each one in a queue that emails the applicant. Your staff add approved people to the roster.
