02/ 07WITHOUT IT

  1. 01

Registrations go to a form tool, gate tickets to a box-office app, and highlight clips to whoever screen-records the stream first.

  2. 02

Each one has its own login, its own colours and its own idea of who your members are.

  3. 03

And the youth tryout still stalls on a paper waiver, because the tool you bought can’t wait for a parent’s signature.

03/ 07HOW IT WORKS

An add-on isn’t a widget pasted onto a page. It arrives as part of your platform — screens, pages, permissions and wording included.

  1. Step 01

    Pick what your season needs

Six add-ons ship today. Running a youth league? Forms and Ticketing. A creator network? Reels and Clip. Selling in Egypt? The local payment gateway and phone-number sign-in.

  2. Step 02

    Unlock it with a code

Enter the code in your Studio and the add-on installs itself into your dashboard and your site. Nothing to host, nothing to deploy.

  3. Step 03

    It moves in

Its own section appears in the Studio sidebar, a menu link and public pages can appear on your site, and its permissions join your roles so you can hand it to one staff member.

  4. Step 04

It looks like it was always there

Every add-on inherits your colours, your dark or light mode and your styling, and its wording sits beside every other phrase you can edit, in each language you run.

04/ 07WHAT SHIPS TODAY

Each one is a complete capability with its own screens, its own records and its own place in your roles.

01

Clip

A scissors button in the player. Grab the last 10, 15 or 30 seconds of a live stream without it pausing, or drag in and out handles across a recording — up to 30 seconds, as a real video file, kept on a personal My Clips page.

02

Reels

A vertical short-video feed that ranks every reel on loves, comments, shares and views, weighed by age, and shows each viewer what they haven’t seen first. A saved clip becomes a reel in one tap.

03

Forms

24 field types dragged into multi-page forms, from phone and date to file upload and a drawn signature. Submissions move from submitted to under review, changes requested, then approved, rejected or withdrawn — with an email at every step.

04

Signatures, uploads and consent

A drawn signature, a consent checkbox and file uploads on the same form. Uploaded files stay private — only your reviewers and the applicant’s own link can open them.

05

Forms that collect the fee

Attach a one-off registration fee or monthly dues. Payment is the last step, after every question, and the submission only counts once it’s paid — so nobody pays for half an application.

06

Ticketing

Sell admission to the venue, not just the stream. Price tiers with their own capacity and sales window, a barcoded ticket by email and PDF carrying your logo, a sponsor’s logo and your colours, and gate scanning from a phone.

07

Egyptian payment gateway

A payment provider for selling in Egypt, alongside Stripe, PayPal and Square. Same checkout, same receipts, same ledger — the buyer simply sees the local methods they already trust.

08

Phone-number sign-in

Viewers register with an Egyptian mobile number confirmed by a one-time SMS code, sign in with it instead of an email address, and recover a password by phone. Where email is the thing a customer doesn’t have, that’s a sign-up instead of an abandoned form.

09

Permissions of their own

Each add-on declares its own permissions. Hand Forms to your registrar and the gate scanner to your crew without opening billing to either of them.

Questions operators ask

You unlock it with a code in your Studio and it installs itself — its dashboard section, any public pages and menu link, its permissions and its wording. Nobody on your side hosts or deploys anything.
