Look up the upload sizes, image dimensions, time windows and ranges the Studio enforces before you prepare a file or promise something to your audience.
Every figure here is either a limit the Studio enforces or a size its screens recommend. Where a value depends on how your platform was set up, the table says Set by your platform — ask your administrator before you plan around it.

Each file uploaded in Library → Media Library can be up to 5 GB. Files over 500 MB show a warning before they start. Closing the tab or letting the computer sleep stops the upload. Images are compressed automatically when they’re uploaded. How much storage your library has in total is set by your platform. Upload big files the day before A multi-gigabyte replay can take many minutes to upload. Start it well before you need it, on a wired connection, and leave the tab open.
