ON AIRSTORE

A real storefront on the same site as your video — sizes, colours, sale prices and guest checkout — so the fan who just watched the final whistle buys the shirt without leaving.

  • Guest checkout, no account
  • 6 fulfilment · 4 payment statuses
  • Stripe, PayPal or Square
  • Separate from subscriptions
02/ 07WITHOUT IT

  1. 01

The merchandise lives on a separate shop with its own login, its own checkout and a link somebody has to read out on air.

  2. 02

A fan who came to watch has to leave your site, make another account and type their card in again to buy the shirt.

  3. 03

And every sale price means editing two systems and hoping the badge and the charge still agree.

03/ 07HOW IT WORKS

Products sit beside your events and videos, and orders run through the same Studio your team already opens.

  1. Step 01

    Add the product

Photos, a gallery, a rich description and its own search metadata. Pick from categories, sizes, colours and tags you define once — or make it a link-out listing for merchandise a partner fulfils.

  2. Step 02

Set the price and the stock

Add a sale price and it wins by itself: an “On sale” badge, the old price struck through, the discounted amount charged. Switch on stock tracking and it counts down to “Out of stock”.

  3. Step 03

    Let them check out

Shoppers search, filter and sort, fill a cart that survives closing the tab, then pay as a guest through your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account. No account required.

  4. Step 04

    Work the order

Each order gets a readable number and moves from pending to processing, shipped and delivered — with the shipped and delivered dates stamped for you and private notes only staff can read.

04/ 07WHAT IT DOES

Everything below ships in the Shop section of the Studio and on your public site, in your brand and your currency.

01

Options you define once

Categories, sizes, colours and tags are reusable across every product, so “Youth M” means the same thing on the hoodie as it does on the jersey.

02

Sale pricing that can’t disagree

Set a sale price and the badge, the struck-through original and the amount actually charged all follow it. There is no second field to forget.

03

Optional stock tracking

Track stock per product and it counts down as orders are placed, refuses an order for more than you have, and flips the listing to “Out of stock” at zero.

04

Link-out listings

Show merchandise a partner fulfils beside your own. The buy button sends the shopper straight to the partner’s shop.

05

Filters you can post as a link

Search, filter by category, size, colour, tag, price, featured or on sale, and sort five ways. Every filter is written into the address, so “size L, on sale” is a link you can share.

06

Guest checkout

No account, no password, no abandoned sign-up form. The cart is still there when they come back, and card details go only to your payment provider.

07

Orders that still read right years later

Readable numbers like ORD-20260914-0001, and a frozen copy of every line — product name, code, size, colour, unit price and quantity — so renaming a product never rewrites an old order.

08

Fulfilment and payment, tracked apart

Fulfilment runs pending, processing, shipped, delivered, cancelled or refunded. Payment status — pending, paid, failed or refunded — sits on its own track beside it.

09

Revenue that isn’t double-counted

An 18-column spreadsheet export over any date range, and merchandise reported as its own revenue line — never mixed into subscriptions.

Questions operators ask

No. The store is deliberately separate from subscriptions: a shirt never unlocks a stream, and merchandise revenue is reported as its own line so nothing is counted twice.
