A crew member or scorer can’t sign in to their app
Crew and scorers sign in with their own staff email and password. When the app refuses them, their role is usually missing the capability for that app.
Check this first
- 1Check the account exists
Search for their email in Studio → Management → Staff Members.
- 2Check the role’s capability
Camera operators need the streamer login marked (push to Feeds), automated camera viewers AI Cameras (see & use), replay officials VAR System, and scorers the seven live scoring permissions, whose labels start with the scoring app’s name.
- 3Set a fresh password if unsure
Select Edit on their row, type a new one into New password (optional) and again in Confirm password, select SAVE CHANGES and hand it over securely.
- 4Check what they should see
Feeds must be Active in Studio → Feed Console → Feeds. Games must be Active with the live scoring tile (the trophy icon in the event’s Integrations card) on.
Likely cause and fix
| What they see | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| “Email or password is incorrect.” | A typo, or the password was changed | Set a new password in Staff Members |
| “This account does not have streaming access.” or “This account does not have VAR access.” | The role lacks the capability for that app | Tick the streamer login or AI Cameras for streaming, or VAR System for review |
| The scoring app refuses an account that works in the Studio | The role lacks the live scoring permissions, which appear only while Is platform sport is on | Tick them on the role |
| Signed in, but a feed is missing | The feed is Inactive, already broadcasting, or an SRT feed | Switch it Active, wait for the other push to stop, or send the SRT details from the feed page |
| Signed in, but no games to score | The event is Inactive or its live scoring tile is off | Fix both on the event and save |
| Someone with the ready-made Streamer role can’t push | As installed, that role doesn’t include the push login | Add the capability to the role, or build a crew role |
