My scorer can’t see the game in the scoring app
The scoring app only lists events set to Active with the live scoring tile switched on. Check both on the event, then check the scorer’s role.
Check this first
- 1Open the event
Go to Studio → Content → Events and open the game.
- 2Check the live scoring tile
In the Integrations card, the live scoring tile (the trophy icon, below the other tiles and named after the scoring app) must be on. Save if you switch it on.
- 3Check the status
Status must be Active. An Inactive event drops off the scorer’s list, and every change they send is refused.
- 4Check the sports switch
No live scoring tile on the form? Go to Studio → System → Settings → Integrations → Platform and switch Is platform sport on.
- 5Check the scorer’s role
An administrator opens Studio → Management → Roles & Permissions and confirms the scorer’s role holds the live scoring permissions — the seven whose labels start with the scoring app’s name — including access, listing eligible events and viewing an event.
Likely cause and fix
| What you see | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| The app signs in, but the game isn’t listed | The live scoring tile is off, or the event is Inactive | Switch the tile on, set Status to Active and save |
| The app refuses the sign-in | The role doesn’t hold the live scoring permissions | Tick them on the role, or assign your ready-made scoring role |
| “Email or password is incorrect.” | A typo, or a different email from the one on the staff account | Check the email in Studio → Management → Staff Members, or set a new password there |
| The game was listed earlier and vanished | Someone set the event to Inactive | Set it back to Active and save |
| There’s no live scoring tile to switch on | Is platform sport is off | Switch it on in Settings → Integrations → Platform |
