Fix a scorer who can’t find the game, a score that won’t move, a locked final that needs correcting, and team pages that won’t show.
- 01My scorer can’t see the game in the scoring appThe scoring app only lists events set to Active with the live scoring tile switched on. Check both on the event, then check the scorer’s role.
- 02The score isn’t updating on my sitePages pick up a new score on their own within seconds. When nothing moves, usually no live source is running, or a scorer’s numbers are replacing the ones typed in the Studio.
- 03I need to change a final score that’s lockedOnly an administrator can reopen a finalized game. They sign in to the scoring app with their own Admin account, reopen the event, fix the score and finalize it again.
- 04Two people are scoring the same gameThat’s safe. Each change is checked against the latest score, so a phone that’s behind is stopped and shown the current score. It can’t overwrite a newer score.
- 05Season import didn’t update a game’s timeAn import only refreshes times on events it created itself, and only while it’s Enabled. Check the badge, press Pull schedules, and look for the game in the list of touched events.
- 06The venue scoreboard isn’t sending scoresUsually the scoreboard ID on the event is wrong or left over from another game, or the board isn’t running yet. Test the ID in Score Ticker before you look anywhere else.
- 07Team pages or the Athletes directory aren’t showingBoth public pages start switched off. Turn on Teams page or Athletes page in Settings → Content → Features, then check the Visibility of the team or athlete.
