Season import didn’t update a game’s time

Quick answer

An import only refreshes times on events it created itself, and only while it’s Enabled. Check the badge, press Pull schedules, and look for the game in the list of touched events.

Check this first

  1. 1
    Check the import is Enabled

Go to Studio → System → Settings → Integrations → Organization. The badge must read Enabled, with an Organization ID saved.

  2. 2
    Check the connection status

If the status line under the badge says a key is missing, Pull schedules stays greyed out and nothing imports. Ask your TKDS contact to set it up.

  3. 3
    Pull schedules

Press Pull schedules. When it finishes, read the Updated count and the list of events it touched.

  4. 4
    Check the schedule itself

If your organisation’s schedule still shows the old time, there’s nothing new to bring in. Change the time there first.

  5. 5
Check where the event came from

An event you created by hand is never matched to a fixture, so the import never changes it.
