Your site & content
A menu item disappeared from my site
Quick answer
Most often its module was switched off in Studio → System → Settings → Content → Features. Switch it back on and save — nothing was deleted.
Check this first
- 1Open Features
Go to Studio → System → Settings → Content → Features. Each card shows an On or Off badge.
- 2Switch the module back on
Click the toggle on the card for the missing link, then click Save changes. The Studio confirms “Features updated.”
- 3Reload your site
Reload the public site. The link returns, and so do the module’s pages and homepage rows.
- 4Find out who changed it
On Studio → Dashboard, click View all on Recent activity. Under Activity types, choose Settings and look for Settings saved.
Likely cause → fix
| What you see | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Events, Shows, Blog, Shop or Radio is gone from the menu | Its feature switch is off | Switch it on in Features and save. |
| Teams or Athletes never appeared | Both switches start off | Switch on Teams page or Athletes page in Features. |
| There’s no Teams or Athletes card in Features | Is platform sport is off | Turn it on in Studio → System → Settings → Integrations → Platform. |
| A Reels or Ticketing link is gone | The add-on was switched off | An administrator switches it back on in Studio → System → Plugins. |
| The link is there but reads differently | Its wording was changed in Translations | Search for the new wording in Locale → Translations and change it back. |
| A section is missing from your Studio sidebar, not the site | Your role doesn’t include that area | Ask an administrator to check your role in Roles & Permissions. |
