Learn what viewers can save to My List and how their viewing progress is recorded, so you can answer their questions.

My List and saved progress run on their own — there’s nothing to set up or switch on. This page explains what viewers get, so your support and marketing staff can describe it accurately and know where the edges are.
My List
Signed-in viewers click Add to List on anything they want to come back to. The button changes to In My List, and everything they’ve saved is collected on their My List page, where Remove takes an item off.

- Visitors who aren’t signed in are asked to log in before they can see or build a list.
- Each list is private to its viewer. Lists don’t appear in the Studio, and staff can’t add to or edit anyone’s list.
- Saving doesn’t unlock anything. Paid content in a list still asks for the right plan when it’s played.

Saved progress
While a signed-in viewer plays an on-demand title — video or audio — or a show episode, MediaCore2 records their position.

| What’s kept | The last saved position in each title, and whether it’s finished |
