Find a payment and export your records
Use the Payments console to look up subscription payments, store orders and ticket sales, and export them for your accountant.
On this page
Finance staff, box-office staff and anyone answering a “was I charged?” email work from Studio → Management → Payments. It needs the View payments / transactions permission. Every payment lands here automatically: nobody types anything in.

Find a subscription payment
- 1Open Transactions
Go to Studio → Management → Payments. Transactions opens first, with counters for Total collected, Completed, Pending and Failed.
- 2Search
Type the viewer’s name or email, or the provider’s transaction ID from their receipt.
- 3Filter
Narrow by gateway (Stripe, PayPal, Square, Free or Admin grant), status (Completed, Pending, Failed or Refunded) and type (New subscription, Renewal or One-time).
- 4Copy the reference
Click a Transaction ID to copy it, then paste it into your provider’s dashboard to see the full payment there.
| Gateway filter | Means |
|---|---|
| Stripe, PayPal, Square | Money taken through that provider |
| Free | A free plan, or a checkout covered by a 100% discount code |
| Admin grant | A plan granted by a staff member, worth zero |
Store orders and ticket sales
Shop orders lists each order’s number, customer, items, total, method, transaction ID, payment status and date, and filters by payment and fulfilment status. Its counters show paid and pending orders on the current page and total orders. Event PPE shows Total Paid, Paid Tickets and Active Access, with statuses Paid, Pending and Refunded. To change a store order, open it in Studio → Shop → Orders.
Export for your accountant

Open Transactions, Shop orders or Event PPE and set any filters. The export follows them.
- 2Click Export CSV
A small panel opens with From and To dates. Both are optional.
- 3Pick the dates and download
Enter the period (for example, the first and last day of the month) and click Download. Leave both dates empty to export everything that matches your filters.
