Export when you need your data outside the Studio: a finance reconciliation, a mailing to members, a year-end archive. Every export follows the filters on the screen you export from, so set them first.

Export with a date range
- 1Open the list
Go to the screen you want, for example Studio → Management → Payments on the Transactions tab.
- 2Set your filters
Search and choose the status or gateway first. The file contains only what matches.
- 3Open Export CSV
Click Export CSV. A Date range (optional) box opens with From and To.
- 4Choose dates or leave them empty
Enter both dates for a period, or leave them empty to export everything that matches your filters.
- 5Download
Click Download and open the file in your spreadsheet app.
