Pay-per-event (PPE) tickets suit championship games, graduations, concerts and anything else people buy one at a time. You set the price and the access window on the event itself. The ticket unlocks the stream; it isn’t an admission ticket to the venue.

Set up tickets

  1. 1
    Open the event

Go to Studio → Content → Events and open or create the event.

  2. 2
    Choose the access option

In the Access control card, click PPE — one-time purchase, or Subscription OR PPE for a hybrid event.

  3. 3
    Set the price

Enter the PPE price. It’s charged in your site’s currency.

  4. 4
    Set the access window

Enter Access window (hours): how long a ticket works after it’s bought. It starts at 24 and can be anything from 1 hour to 1 year.

  1. 1
    Say what the ticket includes

Put it in the event’s own Description, for example “Full live broadcast of the state final”. Buyers don’t see the PPE description (shown at checkout) field, so use it only as a note for your team.

  2. 2
    Restrict plans (hybrid only)

For Subscription OR PPE, use Restrict to specific plans (optional) to name the plans that get in free. Leave it empty to allow any active subscription.

  3. 3
    Save the event

The events list then shows the event’s access, with hybrid events marked Sub + PPV.

What buyers experience

  • Anyone can see the event page and its countdown. The ticket is only needed to press play.
  • Buyers must sign in or create an account first, so the ticket follows them to their phone and TV.
  • They pay with any connected provider: Stripe, PayPal or Square all take one-time payments.
  • A viewer who already has access isn’t asked to pay again.

Track ticket sales

Go to Studio → Management → Payments and open Event PPE. The counters show Total Paid, Paid Tickets and Active Access (tickets whose window is still open). Each row lists the User, Event, Amount, Method, Payment Ref, Status and Paid At. Use Export CSV with a date range for your records.
