Plans are what viewers subscribe to. You’ll usually create them before launch and revisit them each season. This page covers both shapes a plan can take and every setting on the plan form.

    Name and describe it

Enter a Plan name and a one-line Description that shows under the name on your pricing page.

How plans combine

  • Plans stack. A monthly member who also buys a season pass keeps both, and each one lasts until its own window closes.
  • The most generous plan wins for extras. If any active plan is ad-free or includes clipping, the viewer gets it.
  • Device limits use the highest limit among the viewer’s active plans.
  • No double purchases. Checkout refuses to sell a plan the viewer already holds, and tells them so.

Change or retire a plan

Access comes from each purchase, so you can reprice, rename or hide a plan at any time and existing customers keep the period they paid for. To stop selling a plan, turn off Visible on pricing page rather than deleting it. Members cancel renewal themselves from their account page and keep the time they’ve already paid for.
