Run a Reels feed
Publish short vertical videos, open submissions to viewers and moderate what goes live.

Reels adds a full-screen vertical video feed to your site, with a Reels link in the menu. Viewers scroll, love, comment, share and open a creator’s profile. Use it for behind-the-scenes moments, highlights and fan content — and decide whether viewers can post too.
How the feed decides what comes next
Every viewer gets their own order. Reels they haven’t seen come first, ranked by loves, comments, shares and views, with newer reels favoured. Reels they’ve already seen follow, so nobody sees a repeat while something fresh exists, and the feed never runs dry.
Where you manage Reels

Publish a reel
- 1Open Reels
Go to Studio → Modules → Reels → Reels and start a new reel.
- 2Pick the video
Choose a vertical video from your Media Library. If it isn’t there yet, upload it to Library → Media Library first.
- 3Add the words
Give the reel a title and a description. The description takes formatted text.
- 4Tag teams
If you run team pages, tag the teams it features so the reel also appears in the Reels section of those teams’ pages.
- 5Save and check the feed
Save it, then open Reels on your site to see it in the feed.
Let viewers post reels
- 1Open posting
On Studio → Modules → Reels → Reels, turn on Users can post reels. Signed-in viewers now see a Post a reel button on the feed.
- 2Choose moderation
Leave Auto approve reels off to hold every submission in Pending Reels until someone approves it.
- 3Work the queue
Open Pending Reels and press Approve or Reject on each submission. An approved reel goes live at once.

To make posting a paid perk, turn on Can post reels in Studio → Management → Subscription Plans. To let every signed-in viewer post without a plan, turn on Post reels in System → Settings → Content → Viewer Access.
Good to know
- Viewers upload MP4, MOV or WebM files of up to 100 MB.
- Reels search matches titles, descriptions and creator names.
- Staff accounts carry a STAFF badge on their reels and comments.
- Hide view counts on reels with Reels view counts in System → Settings → Content → Features.
- Add a Reels row to your home page from Home → Sections.
