Create site pages and contact forms
Publish pages such as About or Terms, turn any page into a contact form, and answer messages from the Contact Inbox.
Studio → Library → Pages holds the standing pages every site needs — About, Contact, Terms, Privacy — and any others you add. Any page can carry a contact form, and its messages land in Studio → Library → Contact Inbox. Pages need the Static pages permission; the inbox needs Contact form submissions.
Create a page
- 1Start a page
Go to Studio → Library → Pages and click New page.
- 2Title and address
Type the Title. Leave Slug (URL) empty to build the address from the title, or type a shorter one.
- 3Write the content
Write the page in Content. You can place images in the body.
- 4Choose the template
Under Template, choose Plain for an ordinary page or Contact to add a contact form below the content.
- 5Set visibility
Under Visibility, set Publication to Published or Draft, and Footer link to Visible in footer or Hidden from footer.
- 6Add search details and save
Fill in Meta title, Meta description and a Social share image — paste an address or click LIBRARY — then click Create page.
Pages set to Visible in footer appear in your site footer. In the Pages list, drag rows by their handle to change the order; “Footer order saved.” confirms it.
Set up a contact form
- 1Use the Contact template
Open or create a page and choose Contact under Template. An Email recipients card appears.
- 2Add recipients
Type an address and click ADD or press Enter. Add as many as you need; click × to remove one.
- 3Save
Click Save changes. Visitors now see a Send us a message form below the page, asking for their name, email, an optional subject and the message.
Answer messages in the Contact Inbox
- 1Open the inbox
Go to Studio → Library → Contact Inbox. Counters show New, Read and Archived messages, and unread ones carry a dot.
- 2Find a message
Filter with All, New, Read or Archived, or use Search by name, email, subject….
- 3Read it
Click a message to open it in the side panel with the sender, the message and when it arrived. Opening it marks it Read.
- 4Reply
Click REPLY. Your email program opens, addressed to the sender with “Re:” and their subject filled in.
- 5File it
Click ARCHIVE once it’s handled — UNARCHIVE brings it back — or DELETE to remove it permanently.
