Read the operations dashboard
Read the revenue, audience and content numbers on the Dashboard and act on the items that need attention.
On this page
Studio → Dashboard is the first screen most staff see after signing in. It greets you by name and role, then lays out today’s numbers. What appears depends on your role and your feature switches, so two people can see different versions of the same dashboard.
What each panel shows
| Panel | What it shows | Who sees it |
|---|---|---|
| Revenue | Today, This week, This month and This year | Staff whose role can view payments |
| Audience | Views today, Views this month and Total views, each with a unique count, plus the Most viewed title of all time | Everyone who can open the dashboard |
| Content | Counters for events, on-demand, shows, blog, live channels, genres, users, staff, plans, coupons, payments and shop orders | Counters for switched-off modules disappear; the payments counter needs payments access |
| Needs attention | Pending orders, unread messages and draft posts | Appears only when something is waiting |
| Plan adoption | A stacked bar chart of the last 12 months | Staff whose role can view payments |
| Recent activity | The latest events, orders, payments, sign-ups and posts | Everyone who can open the dashboard |
| Top content (last 30 days) | The five most viewed items for Event, On-Demand, Show and Blog post. Its Live channel list stays empty, because your website doesn’t record channel views | Everyone who can open the dashboard |
What the revenue tiles count
Revenue adds up paid subscription payments and paid event tickets, measured against your site’s own clock, so “Today” starts at midnight where you are. Store orders, free plans and access granted by staff are left out. Merchandise is reported on its own in Payments → Shop orders, so nothing is counted twice. Treat the tiles as a quick read and reconcile exact figures in Management → Payments.
