Times on my site show in the wrong timezone

Quick answer

Your whole platform runs on one clock, its Default timezone. Event times show exactly as you typed them, to every viewer; they aren’t converted to each viewer’s own timezone.

Check this first

  1. 1
    Check the platform clock

Open Studio → System → Settings → Locale → Region and read Default timezone. There are 31 to choose from.

  2. 2
Check how the time was typed

Every time you enter in the Studio is read on that clock, whatever timezone your computer is in.

  3. 3
    Check the label

An event’s Timezone (Only for display) adds EST, CST, MST, PST or GMT after its time. It doesn’t convert anything.

  4. 4
    Check the viewer’s expectation

A viewer in another zone sees your time and your label, not their local time.
