Find your way around the Studio
Take a tour of the Studio’s sidebar, header, Dashboard and Settings so you know where every part of your platform is run from.
On this page
The Studio is where your staff run everything. Read this on your first day in it — and share it with anyone who joins your team — so the rest of these guides make sense when they say “Studio → Content → Events”.
What you see depends on your role
The sidebar is built for each person. A section appears only when your role allows at least one page inside it, and a module’s pages disappear while that module is switched off. After signing in, each staff member lands on the first page they’re allowed to open. If a guide mentions a page you can’t find, ask an administrator whether the module is off or the page is outside your role.
The header
- Search — press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on a Mac) on any page to find events, videos, shows, articles, users, channels and plans.
- Notifications — the bell collects alerts meant for you, such as new orders, contact messages or a live channel going offline.
- Light and dark — switches the Studio’s own appearance for you. It doesn’t change your public site.
- Collapse — hides the sidebar when you need the whole screen, such as when watching every stream at once.
The Dashboard
Studio → Dashboard is your morning view: revenue across several time windows, visitor totals, counts of everything in your catalogue, a plan-adoption chart, your top content and a recent-activity feed. The needs attention strip lists pending orders, unread contact messages and draft articles waiting for someone.
The sidebar, section by section
Sections open and close like drawers, and the Studio remembers which ones you keep open.
