Mobile ads aren’t showing in the app
Quick answer
The apps pick one active mobile ad at random each time a banner shows, and show nothing when no ad is active. Check the ad is active, still has its image, and was added under Mobile Ads rather than Web Ads.
Check this first
- 1Open Mobile Ads
Go to Studio → Marketing → Mobile Ads. Your role needs the Mobile banner ads permission.
- 2Filter to Active
Choose Active. An ad marked Inactive is skipped.
- 3Check the image
Open the ad with the pencil button and check Banner image still shows a picture.
- 4Look on a real phone
Open the app and check several banners. Each one is picked at random from your active ads.
Likely cause → fix
